Testimonials

Dillon and I have known each other for several years. Our relationship started when we were roommates at the University of Washington's Psi Upsilon Fraternity. Dillon later became president of the fraternity as a natural leader able to deal with complex issues in a focused and diligent manner. It is for the same reasons that Dillon makes a great real estate professional. Dillon was able to effectively ne...

Testimonials

Dillon worked tirelessly to get a house that met specifications and then patiently coordinated with the selling agent through the financing process. There was a learning curve with self-employed individuals, as it takes much longer to get financed. Overall, a good experience, but I would be much more realistic about timelines at the beginning for future transactions.

Dillon was great from Day 1. At our first meeting, he listened to what we had to say and asked the appropriate questions to get the process started. He always gave us his professional opinion when we looked at properties and never seemed to be rushing us to find a place or settle for something that we didn't want. In my opinion, one of his qualities that I appreciated most was his patience. Our home sear...
